Unable to make calls via Google Voice in Samsung Transform Ultra

In my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone I am facing problem with the Google voice. I am not able to make calls though the Google voice. The native dialer in my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone is working properly but nit able to make calls. Please help me to solve this issue.

After referring your solution I have done backup of all the data from my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone and after taking the backup of all the data from my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone I have reset the device and after that I have done all the setting in the Google voice and then my problem get solved. thank you for helping me.
