Unable to make calls via Google Voice in Samsung Transform Ultra

In my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone I am facing problem with the Google voice. I am not able to make calls though the Google voice. The native dialer in my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone is working properly but nit able to make calls. Please help me to solve this issue.

You have to first check all the settings related to the Google voice in your Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone because due to wrong setting also this type of problem can occurs. If you have already checked the settings and after that also you are facing the same problem with the Google voice in your Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone then I think problem is with your Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone and you need to reset the device. After referring your solution I have done backup of all the data from my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone and after taking the backup of all the data from my Samsung Transform Ultra mobile phone I have reset the device and after that I have done all the setting in the Google voice and then my problem get solved. thank you for helping me.
