Toshiba helps to reverse Android 3.1 from 3.2 on Toshiba Thrive

i buy this tablet PC in last week. because of few firmware issue i update its default firmware From Android 3.1 to Android 3.2 version. it happens nicely but it gives more problems compared to the previous version. It changed great tablet into useless tablet by disabling SD card function. i don't know what to do? then i contact Toshiba support site and they told me that Toshiba helps to perform reverse firmware version task on such highly configured tablet. why should this happen on such high configuration based tablet PC?? Should i do this downgrade process on this tablet or not?? thanks for any help.
