Messages application crashes in HTC Incredible S

I have recently bought this phone and really now I am feeling guilty is it why did I bought this phone on the first place it has a huge defect that whenever I try to open the message application it crashes and quit I am unable to use it or even send the message the only way I could send the message it was by contact list option or form the thread of a single contact, I have done everything but nothing is at the moment working I even restarted the phone but no result can anyone here can help me on this I would be really glad to know this thanks

Hi guys even my HTC Incredible S gives the same problem I even did the hard reset but nothing seems to be working don’t know what wrong wit this phone hope this resolve soon

I have HTC Incredible S and did not see this problem , even my colleague has the same handset and he also not having this problem so I suggest don’t wait for ant fix and all itstake your phone to the service center and get it fixed it doesn’t look like a bug you have to use you warranty and get it fixed

Service center is the right option in my opinion I don’t get why are you delaying this and if you feel too lazy to see customer care or one don’t have it in your area then I would suggest you should then do the fresh reinstall or update your OS to gingerbread this will remove all the software glitches and your phone will work properly after that
