getting audio stuttering on lenovo ideapad y470 and y570

i recently purchase a new laptop a few day before. the only thing which i am facing that is whenever i am trying to watching the you tube or playing any of the game that will randomly getting stuttering and directly goes to the last 5-2 seconds that this thing happen only when i am using the headphones that only which i am find out the current problem but when i am using the normal speaker that might not be happen i just wondering that if there is any way that to fix it?

hi i am also getting the same problem i did found any of the solution i am still waiting that i got some trick or the way that this problem can be solved out if then i want to send it back to lenovo for them to check.

yeah i am also having the similar issue that i still stutter my battery continuously removing in and out when i am running any of the video player or you tube might be still i am facing the same problem that still it getting the stutters and also getting this when it will be performed with nvidia that will be enabled i am thinking that audio having the problem on the lenovo y470 and also same problem should be on this y570.
