Nokia C3-01 crashes with Nokia browser

From last 5 months I am using Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and all I like this mobile phone very much. I was using Nokia browser in my Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and suddenly it hast started crashing in my device. whenever I open Nokia browser in my device at that time it crashes and my phone redstarts automatically. What should I do to solve this issue?

First you should delete the Nokia browser from your Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and after deleting the Nokia browser from your Nokia C3-01 mobile phone you have to start open the ovi store and then you have to download the Nokia browser from there and after that check whether same problem is coming or not. I think after doing this your problem will get solved. if same problem occurs after that also then you have to check whether other application are giving same issue or not. if other application are giving the same problem then you have to take the backup of all the data from your device and then reset the phone setting and after resetting phone setting your problem will get solved.

I have deleted the Nokia browser from my Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and after that I have downloaded the Nokia browser from the Ovi store again and then when I start the browser at that time it worked fine. Now I am not facing any issue with my device. Thank you for helping me.
