Kindle Fire is having root and CWM where as Nook Tablet is locked

Well I can understand why people are looking on Kindle Fire. Since it is rooted and it is having CWM and ROMS. The Nook Tablet is locked down. So there are people who are looking to switch for the KF. So post the speculation of yours whether it is feasible to switch KF than that of the NT.

If you are looking to use KF than you should know that it having RAM of 512 MB. It is not enough at all for the Ginger Bread. I don’t deny that it won’t run. It will run but it will not be as smooth as of the 1GB RAM device. Android will constantly close the apps so that it can free up the memory. So that you are going to face lag while using the same.
Also as far as memory is concerned you are going to get 6GB memory. You will not have after that any more. You will not be happy with the memory space. You will not be able to keep full HD movie and music on the device of yours.

You are going to have the access to the Amazon media store because the manufacture of the product is not having the store which you can install on the device and use the same. in Nook Tablet whether it is rooted or not you are going to stream the Amazon content and read Kindle books and with the native support from the developer of the device.

If you wanted to use KF with the Google voice than you should forget that you will be able to do the same ever in your life. This particular device is not having MIC also you will not be able to recording of the voice on the device of yours. you will be able to get the benefit of the Amazon cloud when you are supposed to have the good Wi-Fi connection. As you are supposed to out of the range you will be disconnected.

If you wanted to consider the Nook Tablet then you have to consider the following points.

    • It has added sideload apps, runs the different kind of the launcher.
    • You will be able to run the Opera browser and also you will be able to 720P videos on the browser itself.
    • You can play the AVI video files with using any third party players and also there will not be any need for the conversion of the video file.
    • The storage can be expanded up to 32GB memory by using SD card. Also you can run the Amazon Market on the NT.

KF was tweaked so that it can be run faster than that of the NT. KF was quite fast at the beginning and it has also depleted its potential as of the modern android available in the market.

Above mentioned both the tablet are having the good size for the purpose of the one handed reading. The Nook Tablet is slightly lighter than that of the Kindle Fire. The NT is having convex back and plastic bezel hence one can easily hold the device.

I will agree with the stuff which you have stated over here if there are only two 7 inch tablet from which I have to select. However when you see into the market you are going to have lots of options available in the market. The manufacture of the device has done really being mistake but locking down the device. People will look into the other tablets which are supposed to fit into the requirement of yours.

I have come to know about that the developer of the device has announced that there will be around 3% of the Nook Color is coming out from the modders. They have already sold the millions of the device to the normal users. There are lots of options available in the market to purchase the device and I don’t deny with the same. there is no one is having the build quality and specs into the price range of the Nook models. For eg if you consider Acer A100 will look nice but it is having cheaper screen and really small battery life.

Well according to me NT would be the best option for you and you should get the same for you. you are not going to got the same support from the developer as that of the any other developer. However it is totally dependent on your choice whether you wanted to be with Nook Tablet or move on.
