"Base system device" driver missing in hp pavilion dv-1275mx

I have recently bought hp pavilion dv-1275mx for myself and I have reformatted it and then problem that I am facing now is that I am getting a error message saying that the "Base system device" driver is missing. I don’t think that I have missed anything during the reformatting but I am still having this problem. I was not having this problem before formatting. I don’t have idea about this so is there anyone who can help me out to get rid of this. Any help regarding the same will be appreciated.

In order to find out that which device is causing the error “Base system device driver missing” just perform the below steps:
    1. Go to start and then click on run and then enter DEVMGMT.MSC in the command prompt and then press enter,
    2. After that you will get a list of drivers so just check which error is marked with the exclamation and then right click on it and then select properties.
    3. And after that just select the details tab and then select the hardware ids in the list and then just post the values in the below pane so I can understand your problem better and try to help you as well.

    • PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2384&SUBSYS_30FB103C
    • PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2384&CC_088000

Yes I have checked it and I have found that it is a card reader device and now you will have to download the Card Reader driver from the hp support site in order to get rid of this. Just try to get the respected diver for it and then you should not have the same problem again.

Hey I have checked out for the Card Reader driver but then I am not getting it on the support site so how will I now get rid of this error. Are you aware of any site providing this because I have searched in the hp support site and I have not yet came across it? It will be very helpful if you share the link with me. Further help will be highly appreciated.
