Can anyone verify HTC Radar support VOIP?

Hi guys I am really blank on this issue can anyone here assist me on this issue From ROM analysis, between others HTC radar supports VOIP is Can anyone confirm that VOIP works I would be really glad to know this

As far as I know every windows handset support VOIP although there are no actual VOIP clients out there up till now. The closest things are Tango which can just be added via side-load.

I have bought mine from the Singapore and it has the built in tango plus the WNM live works on VOIP

HTC Radar, as Titan, supports OEM inhabitant VOIP with a particular OEM enclose

- QTV.dll

This package does not integrated in 1st gen phone like HD7/Mozart/Spark/Surround

But not a precise app in setting?

I am sorry to say this but I can’t find any VIOP in the setting menu so there is no VIOP support for the HTC Radar as far as I know
