Nokia-E71 china bluetooth error - initializing bluetooth wait a moment

Hi i am new to the forums.

I have bought an Nokia E71 china,when i try to turn on bluetooth it say "intiallizing bluetooth wait a moment".. i cant install any themes or java, i have download the china pc suite but i dont know how to use it i am such a noob...CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME?? I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD THEMES & GAMES OR HOW TO ACTIVATE MY BLUETOOTH, please help
