Getting Spurious Battery Temperature Warning in Samsung Galaxy R

I am constantly getting battery warning on Samsung Galaxy R. I had fully charged the device but still I am getting the warning. I am not able to figure out the problem behind this. Whenever I start any app or game I am getting a battery warning. I am not able to figure out the problem. There is a constant temperature warning from the behind. I want some help to fix this thing.

Looks like you are having a damage battery due to which you are facing the issue. You have to replace that. If possible then just try to arrange a battery replacement for the same. That will be more helpful in fixing the issue. Do not charge the battery. It is not going to hold the power it will get drained out really fast. It is better you stick with a new one that will be more helpful.

I got this problem due to a app. I was using a battery monitor app. I was unable to understand the issue first. I thought the battery is damage. Later on I had restored the factory settings of the phone and the issue is resolved. There is no problem now. The battery is working fine. You will also have to do the same thing. You have to simply backup your data and run a full factory restore. That will resolve the problem.
