I FOUND A FIX!!!

This worked for me on my HTC HD7 easy fix, not sure if it will work for everyone. This is what I did.

Step One. While the phone of off, remove the back/battery/SIM card.
Step Two. Put the battery and back back on(Keep the SIM card out)
Step Three. Turn the phone on, you will get a message about missing Sim card, ignore it, Goto your settings, About then reset your phone.
Step Four, Turn your phone on(I left my sim card out, didnt try it with it inside at this point) fill out the info to set up your phone,
Step Five, cross your fingers goto settings/wifi and turn on, good luck, if this works please link this fix to any site that do not have this fix If it don't work then Lets hope HTC/MS fixes it.
