Siri is not working on iPhone 4S

Well I am using iPhone 4 from past couple of days. I have come to know about that the Siri did not seems to be working on the phone of mine. When I am asking a simple questions than it is asking "What is the weather?" and I got the response as per mentioned.
"What was that again?"

"Sorry, something's gone wrong. Can you try that agan?"

"Sorry, I didn't get that."

"Uh oh. Something's wrong. Can you try again?"

I don’t know from where should I start the troubleshooting? Let me know if you are having any speculation on this particular matter. Thanks a lot in advance.

Well looking at the situation I am suggesting following thing which you can try to fix the matter of yours.

1. You should simply disable the Siri from Settings and General.
2. Now you have to turn off the phone and turn on the same after few seconds.
3. Finally you have to enable the Siri again from the Settings and General.

Now see whether it is working or not.

You can use the following thing if you are not able to enter the passcode when you are supposed to tapped phone and Siri will ask for the passcode and you will not be able to enter the same. For each and every digit for the passcode you have to tap the number and you have to tap twice on the screen for the tap to effect.

I recommend that you should hard reset the iPhone of yours.

You should press and hold the Home button and sleep/wake button, till the iPhone gets restarted.

You will see an Apple logo appearing on the screen.

Once you have done the same you have completed with hard reset.
