Unable to send more than 300 text in Nokia E6 after Updating symbian

I updated this Nokia E6 Symbian smartphone in last week and after that I realize very small bug onto it. Now when I try to send any text message which is larger than 300 characters, it doesn’t sent. It always shows looks in sending. In very rare case, it already sends but still it shows sending status. I’m not understood what happen in last one week. Could anyone help me to fix this issue. Any help must necessary. Thanks.

Try just reset your mobile phone by pressing power button. If it didn’t work then I suggest restoring setting of this mobile phone. For doing this process you need to go to setting menu and then open factory restore option. It ask you code for doing this restore task. Enter 12345 codes. This is general code that restores all the setting of your mobile phone. After that reboot mobile phone and check text message sending task works correctly or not. I hope it works well.

Another solution is also present it apply in very rare conditions. In that we need to apply downgrade process of the firmware of mobile phone. It means simply install previous firmware version of the mobile phone. It might be possible, current installed Symbian version is not comfortable to send this text messages. You can check this compatibility using official link. Most of the cases, previous mobile OS installation definitely work. If you have experience about this issue on your previous mobile phone version, try to do this task. Check what result arrives onto it. But one thing I say that use this technique when you have not found any other best solution to fix this issue.

You can also try to change setting of the text messages in mobile phone. In that open menu and hit message option. Then select last text message option. It gives you number of setting of your text message task. In that edit the service center number. Just reenter this service center number and reboot mobile phone. I personally use this option and most of the time, with the help of this option I got correct outcome.
