Does anybody know about Dead pixels on Sony Tablet S?

Last month I have purchased a Sony Tablet S for myself. My tablet is working absolutely fine and I am very satisfied with it. I am having a problem as I have noticed that there is one dead pixel. I have spent around 400 euros on this device. I am little disappointed as I don’t expect this to happen. At least I think that this should not happen early. I would like to know has anybody else experienced this. If anyone has gone thought this issue then please tells me what they did to get rid of this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well as you have mentioned about the dead pixel, I would say that it is really very sad to have it. Sony is a brand name today and any such things happening to their product in early stage is bad for the company. No doubt I think it is a genuine manufacturing defect. I think you should contact the sony guys and ask them for replacement. Make sure that you don’t opt for the repairing thing. I hope that your product is in warranty period. My friend too had some pixel issue with his a Sony Tablet S, he got it replaced. So I would say that in this case try to visit the nearest sony store. I hope this will help.

I would say that try to factory restore in order to wipe out. I hope that this will help but if it doesn’t then I think you should contact the sony team. Make sure that it is issue of the pixels only. I am sure that factory reset would help.
