Upgrading SSD requires Acer W500 Tablet Cover removal

As per most individuals, the ram is soldered on to the motherboard. It could of been superb to redesign the ram but for the most part, it appears like for most media assignments, for instance playing movies, and so forth. It more often than not just uses 50% of your ram if that. 2GB is blatantly enough for a tablet such as this. You could probably still update the hard drive be that as it may. I'm intrigued by identifying a 80gb msata ssd drive. Here is a video I found on youtube on the best way to open up the w500 which is without a doubt the same for the a500.

I considered popping in a 80GB but irrevocably chose that its more fetched useful just to dump in a 64GB SDXC card for additional net addition at a lesser price.

It's a simple procedure to duplicate the Windows 7 install DVD to a flash drive provided that you feel a distinct desire to clean institute. I propose utilizing something like ABR to over down your Windows enactment and restore it to the new copy, however.

I had upgraded the SSD of my ASUS EP121 with a 128GB mSata, and I just put the initial 64GB SSD from the ASUS in my ACER W500. It worked and installed quickly. Now I am looking at getting a different 128GB for the W500.
