Does anyone installed the Portable WiFi Hotspot app that comes by way of the mobile phone?I don't encompass a tethering plan, except while I allow it and connect to it; it doesn't still get to the T-Mobile page where it tells I require purchasing a tethering plan. Do you think that it is normal?
