Does Samsung Galaxy Nexus follows Pentile screen technology

Does anyone see the screen resolution and clarity of Samsung Galaxy Nexus? It looks pretty first-class within the videos; except I thought I had interpreted the foremost HD AMOLED screens from Samsung would be pentile a while back. Does anyone know about this?

The Samsung Nexus Galaxy Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) Leader Has Been establish to make use of a cheaper kind pentile Super AMOLED display. This dissimilarity from the Super plus AMOLED display since overused within the Samsung Galaxy S II. PenTile color displays are less accurate and have leg Also Shown to be less sharp As They have a lower overall sub-pixel density....

PenTile type screens are less accurate in the display of colors and have a lower density of sub-groups of pixels, making them less accurate also in the sharpness. The interest is to consume less power to display up to 40% less.

The 'Plus' means the Super AMOLED Plus, he, the display is RGB (Red Green Blue), namely that each pixel has three sub pixels: red, green and blue, we speak of Real-Stripe screen. These results in a higher density sub pixels (12 to 8 against RealStripe for PenTile) and therefore display greater clarity and precision in the colors displayed.

The screen is the Super AMOLED Plus type. That is the successor of Super AMOLED and contains more dots per pixel. Instead of PenTile technology Super AMOLED the pixels are made up of the "traditional" RGB su***xels. PenTile uses two su***xels per pixel, while three RGB sub-pixels in each pixel are. That would have to make the image sharper.

The display of Samsung Galaxy Note has the same technology as the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and those who have been testing it, and talk about the blue tones when viewing from different angles, which are also recognizable in the first Galaxy S. This does not mean that the new Nexus will have this feature, but is likely. The specialists in the field believe that to reach densities in moving an iPhone 4, the above barrier Retinal Display, it is likely that a parent had to be PenTile some numbers close to 420 ppi, far from what we Samsung shows Galaxy Nexus (315ppi).

It's good that people know that using the PenTile the nose. What I do not think it makes much sense is made su***xel count as an absolute measure, and for one simple reason: the real resolution is 1280x720 manages the system. In fact, HD super AMOLED seen the worse than plus or LCD super AMOLED as the iphone at the same resolution. I say this clearly so that I was not branded a fanboy. But what is also true is that it implies that the optical sensation is worse than an iphone retina. And failing to see the evidence, I rather doubt.

Perhaps it is currently very expensive to develop as small HD screens with other technology. I am delighted with the AMOLED screen with PenTile the Nexus One, and I do not think the Galaxy Nexus is worse because you have more pixel density, or more definition, so the default will PenTile more unnoticed

The note has been long-established pentile, plus this is the precise identical display tech. On the note it is hardly perceptible at 285 ppi. Shouldn't be perceptible at all with 315ppi.

Re: Does Samsung Galaxy Nexus follows Pentile screen technology

PenTile is a visual trick to compensate for lack of sub-groups of pixels: green sub pixels are displayed more frequently than the reds and blues.

To sum up, the screen PenTile the Galaxy Nexus thus results in a lower density in pixels. So much so that the screen of 4.65 "Galaxy Nexus has many groups of pixels as the iPhone 4 and 4S.

And if on paper, the Galaxy Nexus has a pixel density of 315ppi cons 326ppi for iPhone 4 and 4S, specifically the actual pixel density of 200ppi is closer if we take into account the sub-pixels are missing.

Yes but no one uses their phone with a magnifying glass, nothing shocking at a distance of normal use. Especially with such a resolution...
