Hello I am first of all thanks to Sony Ericsson making relapsing good device like Sony Xperia neo V. I have just got the Sony Xperia neo V and I have small question and looking for the suggestion. I have got this mobile from last some months but I have Apps used on Sony Xperia Neo V are still residing on mobile and taking memory. I can close the any application without any issue but all closed application running on background and I am not close this. Can anyone suggest on this issue and so this issue? Thanks in advance.

As you said your mobile phone some application keeps running in the back ground and due to this your phone taking lots of memory, hence I would like to suggest you to make uninstall software or application that you don’t want and after that you can solve the issue. if you have installed the lots of unwanted software and then I would like to suggest you to make uninstall the software or application and after that your issue will get solved.

Have tried to install the task killer application or other application which will available on the android market. The task killer application will help you to close the all application that are not in use and so therefore I would like to suggest you go to the android market and after that download and install the task killer on your phone and after that make sure your getting the issue or not. Even I have faced the same issue and after that I have move the all application from SD card and after that I have found that I have solved mine issue. So I would like to suggest you to move all application to SD card and after that you can solve your issue. Some of the application is not able to move to SD card. As you said that your phone using lots of memory, normally applications take up a lot of the phone's system resources, hence I would recommend you to install necessary application on your phone.

Hello I have tried the all above steps and I am facing still same issue and I am not able to remove the application which running on background. While quitting any application I have get the message saying that:” Do u want to stop system process” and I click on the yes but after that also still facing the same issue. Anyone facing this issue.

If above all solution not working to solve the issue and after that I would like to suggest you to make reset your Sony Xperia Neo V and after that your issue will get solved. i think there is something wrong with your phone and so therefore your getting the issue and so I would like to suggest you to make reset your Sony Xperia Neo V mobile phone. You can reset your Sony Ericsson Xperia neo V to its original settings without deleting all your personal data and to do this you need to go through the below steps: go to the home screen and after that make click on the setting. Now on the setting go to the privacy and after that make click on the Factory data reset. Now here make check mark on the Erase SD card checkbox and after that tap on the Reset phone and then you will get the confirmation and select the Erase everything. Once you done and after that install the necessary application which you want.
