Two processes in Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V crashmonitor

Do you think that it is normal for the crashmonitor to encompass two processes? There are two processes and in that one is crashmonitor itself, and the further one is the android system. I consider this is why my mobile phone reboots (occasionally) while I toggle the display off. If anybody can assist me fix this, which will be great!
