Nokia C3 01 freezes while using Radio

I have bought Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and I rarely use Fm radio in my mobile phone. some days before when I tried to use the FM radio in my Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and when I start the Radio at that time my mobile phone freezes and then I have to pull out the battery and then put it back then restart the phone. What should I do to solve this issue?

I am also a user of the Nokia C3-01 mobile phone and I was also facing the problem with my mobile phone and then I have reset the my mobile phone and after doing the doing the restore factory setting in my mobile phone when I try to use the mobile phone at that time all the things started working normally.

As you have said that by doing the restore factory setting in Nokia C3-01 this problem can get solved and after that I have done restore factory setting in my mobile phone and after that also I get the same issue. Now please tell me what I should do to start the radio in my mobile phone.

I think you have done restore setting only in your mobile phone and that is why I would like to suggest you try to solve this problem by do the selecting the restore all in restore factory setting and then your problem will get resolved. First you have to connect the NokiaC3-01 mobile phone with computer or laptop and then you have to take the backup of all the data by using the Nokia OVI or Nokia PC suite and after that you have to disconnect the mobile phone from your computer or laptop.

after doing the you have to go to the mobile setting and then you have to select the restore factory setting and then you have to select the restore all and then it will delete all the data and restore setting also. after that try to use the radio in your mobile phone.

I think after trying that you will be able to use the radio.

if same problem occurs after trying above solution then you have to contact the Nokia service center and then ask them about the radio issue in your Nokia C3-01 phone. after that they will check your mobile phone and solve the issue.
