video troubles with HP pavallion dv2000/6000/8000/9000/tx1000

Hi, I have a small office and in which I have kept this HP’s machine and don’t know they are having the same video problems. And the worst thing is like I am not able to get what could be the exact threat causing this problem in the machine.

Apart from this when I was searching about the same i didn’t got any such particular solution for the same, rather I found that this machine has problems such as,

    - "Artifacts" on the screen (random colored characters appearing and disappearing, or horizontal/vertical "lines"

    - Driver errors resulting in a blue screen

    - Random resets resulting in your laptop booting into "Safe Mode"

    - Total display failure, or only the VGA/HDMI output working

This problems are having somewhat resemblance with my problems but still didn’t get any such proper answer for the same.

Any suggestion for resolving this would be appreciated.

Are you having the same problem with all the machine? Because the thing that made me wonder is like how is this possible? That’s ok as we got the problem with one machine but how with all of them?

Anyways I would like to recommend you that as far as video problem is concern I would to suggest you that you should update the video drivers that you have installed in your machine.

I am agree with the above user as you should try to reinstall the drivers in your machine but still along with that you should also make sure whether you are installing the most recent drivers in your machine rather than the traditional one.

Because it might be possible that some of the newer application won’t work with the older driver and those application actually needs a newer driver package. And for that you can have option to visit the official website and download the drivers from there only.

I think that’s the only option left for the machine because really their forums and site both just sucks. Because they have mentioned that they have closed their previous forums and started some new one and they have transferred all the thread over there, but actually there isn’t any solution that could help to resolve any problem.

Anyways thanks for the above suggestion.

Along with this you can have another option as well like if suppose after reinstall the drivers as well in your machine if you are still having the same problem then you should try to visit the service centre once because It might be possible that some of the hardware got failure in the machine and because of that only all the machines have started causing problems.
But really from there only you’ll get some proper solution for sure rather than searching this way.
