I use an iphone in last six month and now I think that the Sprint iPhone come pre-loaded with Sprint Navigation. What do you think about this concept? If you think that the iPhone has not pre-loaded with sprint navigation then please explain this concept. Any think would be appreciating.

I don’t think so that this iPhone has been won't be preloaded with navigation. No carrier preloaded apps but I’m sure it will be available for user download.
