BlackBerry Torch 9860 freezes

Hello friends I have recently bought BlackBerry Torch 9860 mobile phone and phone was working fine and suddenly it has started freezing randomly. Some phone freezes without any reason and after that I have to do force restart of my phone. Please tell me how to fix this issue?

Have you installed any application before your mobile phone started giving you this problem? If you have installed any application in your BlackBerry Torch 9860 mobile phone then you have to first remove that application from your mobile phone. Now after removing the application from your mobile phone you have to restart the mobile phone and after restarting the mobile phone you have to see whether you are getting the same problem or not. If you are getting the same problem after that also then you have to take eh backup of all the data first and after taking the backup you have to do hard reset of your BlackBerry Torch 9860 mobile phone. Now after doing the hard reset your mobile phone you will not get any problem. Try this solution and then let me know what the result is.

If after that also if you are getting the same issue then you should visit the blackberry service center and after that you have to discuss about the problem which you are facing then they will solve the problem.

After resetting the device also I was getting the same problem and after that i have visited the Blackberry service center and after that they have find my mobile phone faulty and they have replaced the mobile phone and now all the things started working fine.
