First, a put of recovery discs from Toshiba is not the similar as a Windows repair disk. Then, we will try to get you to create a recovery disk set first. You most likely require at least 3 DVDs to perform this. Click 'Start' and the type of recovery and then tick on "Recovery Media Creator" and go after the instructions there. The instructions for this start on page 68 of its Satellite ® Series C640/C650 User's Guide, which I added as an attachment to this message. The recovery instructions in general help to do this task in correct way.

This recovery disk helps to you in the future. After creation this recovery discs, but before trying to build an actual Toshiba recovery, let's observe if we can uninstall software Toshiba Camileo H30 in safe mode. Reboot and enter safe mode and try to uninstall the new Camileo software. If you can not uninstall it, restart Windows and test regular USB ports.

Did you make a complete recovery from Toshiba to return the unit to its factory out of the box state? Or just uninstall the software Camileo in safe mode? You must reply to this query, if faced with this problem.

If you decide to uninstall the entire installation, the uninstaller also removes the product directory associated with the installation. It does not delete the directory associated with the installation. In the Windows Start menu, select Start> Programs> Oracle WebLogic> Uninstall Oracle WebLogic. This will help you to resolve your problem.

When you turn on your computer, start tapping the "F8" to get "Windows Advanced Options". Then press "Esc" and keep pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. The next step is choosing "safe mode". Then, after entering into a safe mode window, open Run and type msconfig and click OK. This process helps you to solve your complex problem.
