If you don’t know about how to turn off the Contrast Enhance option in your Toshiba Satellite A505-S6960 laptop then you have to first double click on the Toshiba Web Camera Application from your system tray and if you don’t have icon on the system tray in then you have to click on the start menu and after clicking on the start menu you have to click on the programs and the you have to click on the Toshiba Web Camera Application. Now after that application window will open and then you have to go to the camera effect setting and after going in to the camera effect setting you have to turn off the Contrast Enhance option and after turning off the Contrast Enhance option you have to restart the laptop and after restarting the laptop you have to check whether you are setting the same problem or not. I think after disabling the Contrast Enhance option you will not get any message while starting up your laptop.

Well it looks like something went wrong while reinstalling the Toshiba Web Camera Application in your laptop and that is why I will suggest you first check in your device manager whether there is web cam device is listed or not. if it is listed then I you have to uninstall the Toshiba Web Camera Application and then delete all the temporary files from your laptop and after deleting the temporary files from your laptop you have to restart the laptop and afetr restarting the laptop you have to check install the Toshiba Web Camera Application again and then see whateher it makes any difference or not.
