Unable to turn off Proximity sensors on Motorola Electrify

I am not that big fan of Motorola mobile brand but yet recently I have purchased this Motorola Electrify I have become aware of that at the time I start a call and position the phone to my head or maybe hand on top of the sensor that the screen stays on. I do recognize that the phone's pocket mode workings, which tell me that the proximity sensor is performing. Damaged or missing software for the phone app how many of you having this problem is there nay solution to this or is it me doing something wrong as regard to this please guys reply I really want to know about this

I think you are just over reacting just want to know that whether have the in-pocket detection on and if that is the case then try turning it off and rebooting the phone. Hope this will help to solve your problem

Hey thanks men that did it but any possibility of having mutual options work at the equal time I'm far more worried about the Proximity sensors than the pocket mode, other than that both would be nice.

I had this happen when using the support foot during a call and allow the speaker. I end the call and close the crowbar. The next time I make a call with the phone in my ear, the screen stays on.

A reboot is the only momentary solution I've found.

Pocket detection became powering down, but do not seem to make any difference.

I'm glad you are looking at this bike, as I can use my kickstand and speakerphone combo a lot on my desktop.
