Skype is not working in MOTOROLA TRIUMPH

I have recently downloaded the Skype non android version from the internet and after that I have installed it in my mobile phone and then I have noticed that some of the feature of the Skype in my mobile phone is not working so I have uninstalled it from my mobile phone and after uninstalling the Skype from my mobile phone I have tried to install the Skype from the android market at that time I mobile says not enough memory. now please tell me what should I do to solve this problem.
