Getting Error code- 2 while synchronization in kaspersky smartphone for blackberry.

hi, I have blackberry phone. I am using kasperky antivirus for my blackberry phone when I try for synchronization then the system attempt error. The error code is -2. Error found during the synchronization with the admin server. Any idea about error code -2? Please can any admin or tech support help with this issue or even any users that have solved this issue...thanks in advance.

hey first check your mobile configuration. Then must check the antivirus is supported to your mobile or not. If you sure that when you install the admin kit you follow the right step. If you followed the method for installing admin kit then describe the method for that. During the synchronization you off the mobile by some battery problem. Do you have any networking device like router or switch in the middle of the phone.
