There are some procedures and one of them is restore or reset factory settings.
    1 Turn off your phone
2 Then Press and hold the VOLUME UP and DOWN buttons on te keypad.
3 Then briefly press the POWER button on the phone.
4 Wait for the screen to show the instructions on how to do the factory reset.
5 Then release the VOLUME UP and DOWN buttons on the keypad.

The main problem is , you cannot delete live account which is first created by user. But you can add or delete the second or onward account. Reset factory delete all contact and saved data on phone memory. So use best backup service for save that data.
