HP ProBook 4530s - Stuttering with mouse, audio, and video in Windows 7

Last six month I have windows 7 OS running on HP ProBook 4530s and now some unrealistic problem arrives on it. The problem is that Stuttering with mouse, audio, and video happens. This all three (i.e. sound, audio, video) not come in clear manner. Hence I need the solution that works to solve this problem. Thanks for any suggestions.
