Which is the best Best setCPU settings for Galaxy tab?

I am a newbie of galaxy tab 7 and i just wanted to know which is the best setCPU setting for galaxy tab.Is it fine to keep the setting default or we can change it as i have heard that people change it for better performance but i am not sure about it.Any suggestion regarding this will be appreciated.

People do hesitate to use this feature in the beginning but later they do use it i don't know what is the best setCPU setting so far but the below setting is just working fine for me so if you want you can try it:

• Main:
  
  • 100/1000 ondemand
  
  
• Profiles:
  
  • (Temp > 40C) 100/200 ondemand
  • (Charging) 1000/1000 performance
  • (Screen Off) 100/200 performance

You can set it as per your use or you can try out different ones in order to check out which one is working better with you i have been using the below setCPU setting since the beginning:

• Main 100/1000 Conservative
  
• Profiles >>>
  
  • Temp > 50C (the device pings every time at 40C, even in normal conditions): 100/200 OnDemand
  • Screen Off: 100/200 OnDemand
  • Charging: 100/1000 OnDemand
  • Battery < 70%: 100/800 Conservative
  • Battery < 40%: 100/400 Conservative

I am loving this one

• 200mhz = screen off
• 400mhz = battery below 40%

this really helps me to save a lot of battery trust me i have used the phone for continuous four day without charging at all and i was using like everyday including the browsing and playing video as well.You can try the same setting in order to use it for more days without charging it.

I previously had SetCPU installed on my phone and i don't know what were the configuration but i just remember that whenever my phone use to shut off the screen say by timing out our the time of being locked automatically it just would not wake up from the sleep and this would happen every time and i was not able to get the cause if it but later when i removed the SetCPU from the phone the problem was solved so now i hesitate a bit to use this feature again.
