Is it possible to charge nokia 5800 connecting through USB data cable

I bought nokia 5800 last week, before this I was using Samsung wave. I want to know that is it possible to charge my mobile using USB data cable since I want to work on the net using phone. Is ts possible to charge or else I have to charge it separately coz earlier I was using samsung wave which I was able to charge using USB data cable. So can I do the same using the nokia phone.
