How to download Adobe flash player available for Nokia N8?

For the final time, Full Adobe Flash is NOT ready for the N8. Nokia have chosen for whatever explanation to stay with Flash lite 4.

I have updated my Nokia N8 to the latest Symbian Anna. I want all the Nokia N8 users to so the same. But the Flash version in it is 4.0. I hope Nokia provide a better update for it.
