How to setup yahoo mail setting for nokia e90?

I live in india. I have very recently bought this nokia E 90 smartphone for myself. I have never used this phone before and also I don’t have much idea about this phone. I have configured hotmail account on my nokia E90 and it is working absolutely fine. Whenever I try to connect to yahoo, it jumps to user id and password. I am not able to configure yahoo. I have gone through various forums but I couldn’t find anything. I would like to know that is the configuration for yahoo same all over the world or it differs? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Let me tell you that yahoo mail offers standard POP3 access for receiving emails incoming through your Yahoo mailbox, by using your favorite email client software. I would say that if you want to setup your client for working with your yahoo account; try to select the POP3 protocol.
• Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.com
• Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com

Also for yahoo mail, you have two options like if you are using yahoo email then you can upgrade to yahoo mail plus to get the full pop3 service or you can use free ypops fully compatible with yahoo mail and work with outlook.

Well I don’t know even know how to configure hotmail. I would like to know that how did you configure your hotmail settings?

I have researched a lot on the google website and finally I found something important. I would like to mention this below.
• In the messaging open mailbox and when prompted for defining mail box click yes.
• Next choose IMAP4 as the mailbox type and click next.
• Enter email id@yahoo.com
• Enter imap.n.mail.yahoo.com as incoming mail server
• Next enter smtp.mobile.mail.yahoo.com as outgoing mail sever
• Click next and name the mail box as Yahoo.
• Your mail box settings are now defined for yahoo.
• Close the dialogue box.
• Now go to mail box and open it.
• In the email box settings enter your email id with pass word and save.
• Mention the default access point. In the incoming e-mail keep the port as default.
• But in outgoing e-mail change the default port to 587.
