Rogers Unlocked Samsung Focus on Fido

I purchased a new-in-box Samsung Focus (Windows Phone 7) handset. Fido doesn't offer this phone so I’ll need to try to unlock this mobile phone and then uses the fido on this mobile phone. I want to do this task. Also I cannot send or receive MMSs. Is there any way to fix this? Any help to solve this problem would be appreciating.
