Lost content in Sony Ericsson Xperia ray after doing factory reset

While I was browsing the phone's picture gallery frozen and was not able to go again to image gallery. So I did a factory reset. Before restarting had some pictures, video, and some music on your phone, which comes with the phone (installed by Ericsson).After the reboot, the whole thing is lost, the phone is entirely empty. Any way to download that content once more from Ericsson?
