How to stop web guard if I do not have SSN support in T-Mobile 4G

I had purchased a 4G Mobile Hotspot through a 30 day prepaid pass. I had purchased this to utilize my time when I am traveling in US. I am able to get the wifi connection properly through this. But I am not able to turn of WebGuard. It is causing a bit issue with my connection. In my cause to access my online account I need a US SSN number. but somehow I think WebGuard is causing the problem. How to disable it.

You can turn that thing off. All you have to do is go in My T-Mobile and then click on Manage. You can find this under your profile. Just go in that first. Then next to phone control you can find a option as Edit link. Go in that and find the phone number section. Here you can turn off webguard. Once done save the changes and then check back. I think that will be enough to resolve the problem you are facing.
