You just try to rooting your T-mobile application, this occurs sometime during installation of GB, but not to worry, Rooting is the only way to get over with this problems. After rooting Stock will convert into black notification and your signal bar become white.

Rooting your mobile will remove these problems, so before rooting go for this keep the following thing in the mind, First thing check for your battery should be fully charged since the entire development can be completed in about 30 minutes, but I propose you plan on it taking longer. It danger to stop rooting in between, If you start the root process and do not complete it, you might be not capable to use your device and make phone calls.

Rooting the cell is the only solution to solve this it will give the ability to change features. By changing feature we can convert our Stock black notification and white signal bars.
