New files RadioLabTool for BB 9700

Hello friends, I am just wondering that is there is someone who has any knowledge of the RadioLabTool 2.13.178.0. It comes with the 2 versions and out of which, one is the Dongle version and the other one is the RadioLabTool-rtas and the second one is trying to connect to the server or anything like that. I have both and I am having the SWConfig and it is the second version of the MFI. I am having the list of the RIM phones even 9700. I am not getting the way to crack that or make that functional. I will be really glad if someone of you can help me.

We might have helped you if we have the software on hand to examine how to crack that. I hope someone who is having personal experience with that will reply soon for that. I am also waiting for that.
