BlackBerry hardware battery drain issue

i have a blackberry phone which says that error blackberry battery drained. I have tried restarting, trying another spare battery and even a new ones are not working. Shutting down handheld I have change the battery but i still get the same problem. The battery inside it shows a waiting sign and gets restarted. I have the latest driver updated for them. There is a multistage error in the software.
SO the battery problem is this hardware or software problem?

I've the same problem, But it’s not a software issue according to me. It cannot be software’s the BlackBerry has no software installed so on the harddrive. May be TPS65820 (Power Management) 8820 BB identified as the wrong signal from the port in battery. So check the signals of the port.

can u give me USB ways and charging of Blackberry 8310? Because PC dosen’t produce sound when I create USB connection whenever I insert the USB cable to the CPU. It only shows red light as steady and blinking in between for some time.

For solving the battery issue, Open the set and remove both stickers, imei and key pad. Also remove the camera and scroll and dip in the thinner for 2 hours. Then dip the battery and dry it with air and keep it hotting, Then write loaders from C:/:MML/HHFILE/LOADERS/9000.bat, if u already installed MFI multiloaders without using battery. Then fully flash the cell and use it it will work correctly. Hope this helps in solving the issue.
