cannot install Karbonn mobile pc suite

hello guys i just boght a new Karbonn mobile model no is K422. the problem is i am not able to install the karbonn PC suite ony ..reguarly it is prompting "installdrv64.exe is not a valid win32 application".beacouse of this i am not able to install the pc suite and even not able to connect the internet through mobile guys please help out if anyone knows the solution ???

if you have download this file from the internet and you checked it that it is correct with your window version then remove the file from your system and try again for downloading and try to execute it. the probability is also very high that the while downloading from the internet it got corrupted and if the another download also not executes then may be the file on the intenet get corrupted try to donload it from another websites. sometimes the file on the webpage are also corrupted...

if you are trying installing the pc suite software from compact disc that check and verify is the compact disc is clean enough.or if it is dirty then the possiblity of getting error while coping or instaling is more. the reason is the software is not installed properly or entirely on your computer system and it should be of 32 bit verson ...
