Voice Call volume very low on Samsung Wave S8500

i would like to know whether i require to adjust to augment the voicecall volume on top of the phone’s earpiece or not. Yes I am getting slight kind of volume issue with voicecall on Samsung Wave S8500. Does anybody know the settings for this and which speaker it is usually used for voicecall?

Today I'm going to pick you up at the store and have settled in theory. Not if the SAT I have understood well what was happening to the phone, because the description of the fault that put the store just went out "audio-speaker failure: the volume is raised and lowered and did not hear correctly "and that it may appear that the external speaker is more than the handset.

I just came from the store and I said, have changed a part of the external speaker because according to the SAT was not heard (false)!, The handset or have played, have not bothered to try which was the failure !. Effectively, what happens to me is, that ringback tones are not uniform and that the onset of the speaker's words are heard wrong, very softly. Can you here the associates will confirm that you have a Wave if you pass the same thing or else the entire volume is even 100%? If I see that it happens to everyone as obviously did not go back to take the SAT, but if it is something few will have to send.
