Red asterix | star on contact thumbnail on Nokia C5-03

Hi, I am using Nokia C5-03 since last 1 month and the thing that I have noticed for the first time was like i am getting a Red asterix rather you can say star on the contact thumbnail that I have putted on my home screen.

First of all when I bought the mobile I had not used any used widget on the home screen thus I was not aware about this but after configuring the screen it was good before yesterday but right now I am getting that sign beside the contact image, any idea what could be the problem?

I am also having the same problem with the phone and I am also not getting what could be the problem, but I have noticed that this is happened actually as I installed the latest firmware in the mobile, because in previous firmware all the things were perfect.

Is this a notification for any corruption or viruses in the SD card or phone memory ?

Any idea?

I have noticed one thing as after firmware upgrade so many users are having this question about the stars besides the thumbnail but I am not getting why you all people thinks that any changes is just a problem.

I would like to introduce a new feature that you have got with the most recent software is like you’ll be notified as you have a missed call or unread text from that particular contact.
