Need top bar from Symbian Belle on Symbian 9.4

Symbian Belle is announced by Nokia but I still use an Symbian 9.4 mobile os on my mobile phone. It works well but now I need to perform some changes that will be help to enhance the looks of this os. I wish to add a top bar of the newly launched Symbian belle os onto this previously installed Symbian 9.4 mobile phone. Can anyone make this kind of task onto their mobile phone? Thanks in advance for any kind of help.

I have read several articles related to this problem but can’t find out any best way that works to do this task. There is no way that has to be help to do such kind of task in this Symbian 9.4 mobile os. When I try to check this problem, then most of the expert also mentions that this Symbian OS is to be completely dead. Number of user can’t use such kind of older version based mobile OS. You can necessary to just contact the owner of this OS or official expert person. They help to clear your point.
