nokia C2-03 low memory

i bought new nokia c2-03. Whenever I go to ovi store it restricts me and shows a message that memory need to delete some data actually there is no data in my phone and also in memory card. There is nothing in my memory card then where is my memory. please help me out ??

check if your Memory card is detected or not

1) Check your firmware, flash, update or restore to latest version.
2) If your memory card is not detected if it shows some error , try to use some another active memory card.
3) clean memory card and connector pins before inserting in MMC IC and it on the PCB board.

even i hav the same problem..i m using NOKIA c2-03.. the device memory is 7.6mb.. all my messages are getting stored in my device memory.. is there any way to change my msg memory to my memory card (4 gb).. because i m unable to send messages.. everytime i try to send a msg, my mobile gives me a notification tat memory needed, delete some data.. but i m unable to delete any of the predefined apps or tones or anythng.. what can i do?

Formatting a phone is pretty simple, but what is the make or model of the mobile phone that you have? All you need to do is, go into its settings and check for memory card option, open it and then click on option and select format to completely format it. If you want to format the phone memory, then you will have to punch the code to set it to factory settings, which differs from mobile to mobile.
