dell xps 14 touch led not working

I am using dell’s wavemax laptop there was virus in my laptop so it goes on corrupting my device so as a result I have to fromat it . I had formatted all the drives in my laptop and installed window XP 2 now the problem is that my audios touch buttons are not working please guide what should I do to enable or us them..????

Some drivers are already installed or they are just they updates automatically.for that you just need to download all the lastest driver by realtek. It contains all the Dell requirements and after that definitely the button will work. As Dell will list drivers for every wireless card option, WWAN cards, the numerous graphics cards, etc. If you got all the drivers on your system such that it should functions well.

instead of downloading and installing all the stuff .what you exactly need to do is just Reinstall Dell Quickset. That only handles and controls all the touch buttons and adds more to the mobility center, first you need to uninstalled it and then Reinstall Dell Quickset.
