nokia C3-01 alarm not working

I just bought nokia C3-01 and in phone whenever I set alarm it does not work only. My speaker and audio player and also the radio is working. But I don’t know what is wrong with the alarm. does it need any setting to change or should I format my phone please help..??

first you need to update your phone firmware latest one v06.05 and then go to
Menu > Apps > Alarm Clock > reset The Time
Go to , Settings > select Alarm Tone
After it set the alarm and check. It should work now.
