MID VIA 8650 E18 android restarts when switched on

I am using MID VIA 8650 E18 android and it is working fine but it has a problem which I have found when I switched it off and again tried to switch on what I saw it the button Is working nicely the phone started but as the brand logo came the phone again restarted and kept on restarting can anyone tell me what’s wrong with this?

You can try to reinstall the software or make the software update and I think this would be making some changes go in your phone and it would be solving your problem.

Have you downloaded some other software or application by downloading may be there is some virus problem you can scan it and check if you have got any and even you can try phone resetting and then remove the card and format your phone and then see does it helps solving this. I don’t know if this would be the problem or no but I think this because one of my friend solve this problem by system resetting and then formatting the card the problem for solved.

hello i am having the same tablet and i have found the same problem and i have solved this problme by updating my OS you need to try the same and surely you would get rid of the problem
