Sony PS3 SLIM shuts off without any warning

When I am playing games or watching some movies then suddenly my ps3 shuts off. It does not show me any message before this. After this, I cannot see any red light or anything on that. After this I unplugged power cable and again connected them back. As I do this then I can see that the red light comes again. To solve this, I have tried with many of the possible solutions for this but that do not helped me. Below are the things listed that I have tried till now.

• Used a new HDMI cable
• Attempted with 2 TV's
• Changed power cable

If anyone of you have any solution other than this then please let me know that. I will be thankful to all the replies on this.

What you can ‘do is, just unplug the Wired Network cable and then try to make use of the wireless connection. See if that can help you or not. So do that and then reply back with the result of this.

If you have kept that near to some other electronic devices like vcr's, dvd players, cable/satelite boxe then you must keep the PS3 away from those. This is mainly seemed to be problem because of overheating. This is just what came into my mind when I first read your post and I hope that you will be out of this soon. Good Luck!!!
